North Valley Caring Services x L.A. Marathon 2024!

Saturday, March 16th: Big 5K
Sunday, March 17th: Charity Challenge Half Marathon, L.A. Marathon, NVCS Cheer Zone

  • Sunday 3/17/24 - EXCLUSIVE ACCESS: NVCS TEAM SUITE AT DODGER STADIUM OPENS 3AM

  • Sunday 3/17/24 - CHARITY CHALLENGE HALF-MARATHON: Sunday March 17th start time at 8AM 

  • Sunday 3/17/24 - LA MARATHON: Dodger Stadium opens at 3AM 

  • opens at 3AM 

  • Sunday 3/17/24 - CHARITY PARTNER CHEER ZONE: Tent on Marathon Route (Mile 16 of the course Wilshire/Rodeo in Beverly Hills) 8:30AM-11:30AM. Sponsors, products, branded hydration, snacks handed out to ALL runners 

  • Sunday 3/17/24 -  EXCLUSIVE ACCESS CHARITY PARTNER FINISH LINE TENT: Tent at the Finish Line in Century City

  • Pre-Events: Promote your sponsorship, product and brand at the Team Dinner, Team SWAG gift bag,  NVCS weekly Food Pantry with exposure to over 2,000 households per week.

To confirm your sponsorship please complete the following information:

By submitting this form you acknowledge that you agree to the following:
 

• Provide NVCS with a hi-resolution logo for use in signage and promotions 

• Provide NVCS with edit/approval of inclusion in promotional items within 24 hours of receiving proof via email

• Provide any agreed upon donated promotional items or giveaways to NVCS by March 13th, 2024

• NVCS using your logo in all promotional materials (pre-event, event, post event) related to the L.A. Marathon 

• Give NVCS full media release to post and use any photographs/video that includes us 
• Be recognized as a "community partner/sponsor" in all printed and digital event promotions (pre-event, day of event, post-event)

NORTH VALLEY CARING SERVICES Effective 1/1/2022
Liability Waiver, Indemnity and Partner Agreement: By hosting a community booth/volunteering at North Valley Caring Services, you release North Valley Caring Services, its staff, other volunteers and employees from any and all liability for claims, causes of action, damages, injury and wrongful death resulting from your participation in programs and activities offered by or in conjunction with North Valley Caring Services, whether caused by its negligence or otherwise. By your participation in North Valley Caring Services programs and activities you are assuming full responsibility for injuries, illnesses and other damage resulting from or that may occur by such participation. You understandI that pictures may be taken of your participation in said programs and activities and they may be used in promotional materials including news articles and brochures. In addition, you understand that North Valley Caring Services is not bound to provide any form of compensation for the activities performed during your time spent at the organization.
