NVCS is a community hub -- birthed in the community -- for the community -- reliant on the community. Our volunteers, program participants, board members, donors, staff, funders and
neighborhood ARE our stakeholders.
The mission of North Valley Caring Services (NVCS) is to empower neighborhood residents to build a vision of their community’s future and to actively engage in solving local problems.
